John Granger is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Hawkesbury Partners and brings more than three decades of senior leadership experience across equities, investment banking, and corporate advisory, advising clients through dynamic market environments.

Before establishing Hawkesbury Partners in 2012, John held senior positions including Divisional Director at Bell Potter Securities, Partner at Southern Cross Equities, and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs & Bankers Trust, experience that provides him with deep market insight across capital markets, and strong strategic corporate advice.

John brings a clear, results-focused leadership style underpinned by strong commercial acumen and a track record of securing financial and strategic capital. His measured approach and client-first mindset shape the firm's culture of independence, integrity, and bespoke advisory excellence.

David Allen is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Hawkesbury Partners with more than 25 years' experience in corporate finance. David brings a deep blend of financial, legal and structuring expertise shaped by a broad range of successful domestic and cross-border transactions.

After practising as a corporate lawyer, David has built a career in financial markets advising public companies on equity transactions and investor engagement, executing private raisings and leading buy- and sell-side transactions. David has a track record supporting domestic and cross-border healthcare and technology businesses leading landmark ASX IPOs for HeartWare, Reva Medical and GI Dynamics as well as several successful NASDAQ dual listings. Before founding Hawkesbury, David was a Partner at Inteq and director of a UK listed financial group serving mid-market clients.

David is recognised for his disciplined approach, independent judgment, and commitment to delivering high conviction advice - attributes that sit at the core of Hawkesbury Partners' philosophy. He holds degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of New South Wales, supporting his capability to advise on complex corporate issues and transactions.

Sam Robinson is a senior corporate finance executive with over two decades of experience advising ASX-listed companies on capital management, equity markets, and strategic transactions. He has led teams across all phases of equity capital markets, M&A, and corporate advisory, with a particular focus on board engagement, underwriting strategy, and share register construction.

Sam's listed transaction record spans IPOs, placements, entitlement offers - including landmark capital markets deals for Superloop, Symbio, AMA Group, Dusk, Beacon Lighting, and Trajan Scientific & Medical. He has also advised on acquisitions, defence mandates, Seed and Series A transactions, with deep experience across healthcare, infrastructure, technology, and industrials.

Previously, Sam was Managing Director and Head of Melbourne Corporate Finance at Ord Minnett, as well as holding senior positions at Canaccord Genuity, Morgans Financial, KPMG Corporate Finance, and R.W. Baird in London. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, majoring in Economics and Finance.
